At Waggy Daily, we aim to deliver your order quickly and reliably while keeping you informed every step of the way.
Order Fulfillment & Delivery Timeline
All orders are processed within 3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). Once shipped, delivery typically takes 6 to 9 business days.
This timeframe applies to all regions we serve.
Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Lost and Stolen Packages
Once your order is marked as delivered by the courier, Waggy Daily is not liable for lost, stolen, or missing packages — unless shipping protection was added during checkout.
If shipping protection was not purchased, and your order goes missing after being marked as delivered, we are unfortunately unable to offer a refund or replacement. In this case, you’ll need to contact the courier directly to file a claim.
To safeguard your order, we strongly recommend selecting a secure delivery address and adding shipping protection at checkout for full coverage against loss, theft, or delivery errors.
Customs & Import Duties
For international customers, local customs fees, import taxes, or duties may apply. These are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the product or shipping price.
